Floor connects touring bands with volunteer hosts. Hosts are not paid and the Service is not a party to any stay.
By hosting or requesting a floor you agree: floors are free and hosts will not charge; you will follow the house rules and leave the place cleaner than you found it; you will show up with the headcount you confirmed; you will cancel as early as you can; you will report anything unsafe through the incident button.
Assumption of risk and release. Staying in or opening your home to people you met online carries risk. You take part at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law you release [OPERATOR NAME] from claims arising out of any stay, including injury, theft, damage or loss. Hosts should check whether their renters or homeowner's insurance covers guests.
