You own or control all rights to the recordings, artwork and designs you upload, including samples and cover versions (mechanical licenses for covers are your responsibility). You grant the Service the license described in the Terms to stream and display them to members. Takedowns follow the Copyright Policy.
Sales. If you connect Stripe and sell through the Service, you are the merchant of record. The Service keeps a 10% platform fee (plus Printful costs for print-on-demand merch); Stripe's fees are deducted from your payout. Refunds reverse your transfer proportionally. You are responsible for your taxes.
